Troubleshooting
The live game does not load
NFL+ needs to know where you are to show the right local games. Allow location access for the app in your phone settings and make sure you are signed in with the account that has the subscription.
Notifications are not arriving
Open the app settings and turn on alerts for your team, then check your phone settings to make sure notifications are allowed for the NFL app. On Android, remove battery restrictions for the app.
The video is blurry or freezes
Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi, close other apps and restart the app. A weak signal lowers the video quality automatically.
